The dashboard pages

What Overview, Keywords, Actions, Next Steps, and Portfolio show

Overview

All five pages share a site picker and render only data the /seo-* commands pushed — nothing is entered by hand. Pick a site at the top; Portfolio spans every site at once.

Overview

The at-a-glance page for the selected site.

  • Proven-authority ceiling — the highest keyword difficulty at which the site already holds two or more top-7 rankings, from /seo-analyze. Its owned / striking-distance / latent bucket counts and named clusters sit alongside it.
  • Headline stats — keywords tracked, visibility score, actions logged, how many are due for verify, and the overall win rate.
  • Where keywords rank — a distribution across Top 3, 4–10, 11–20, 21+, and unranked.
  • Verified action outcomes — a win / neutral / loss split, broken down by action type.
  • Recent actions and a Next Steps preview.

Keywords

Every tracked keyword with its metric snapshots, in two views over the same history:

  • Latest — current position, the change since the previous check, clicks, impressions, volume, KD, intent, and the opportunity tag.
  • History — a check-date matrix plus a position trend chart. Positions are inverted (better rankings sit higher), so an improving keyword climbs.

Filter by text, opportunity tag, or country split. Country-scoped rows stay distinct so a keyword can be tracked per market.

Actions

The action ledger, grouped by lifecycle stage:

  • Due for verify — past their cooling window and waiting on /seo-verify.
  • Cooling — executed and waiting out the window before they can be judged.
  • Verified — with their win / neutral / loss verdict and a before → after position.
  • Dismissed — logged but not acted on.

Each card shows the action type, target page, tracked keyword, the GSC baseline, and the producing command and ledger id.

Next Steps

The content briefs /seo-next-content and /seo-analyze proposed. Each brief carries its keyword, volume, KD, intent, funnel stage, doc type, word count, the outline, and the internal-link plan (links in and links out). Advance a brief's lifecycle from here — Published or Dismissed — and reopen it if needed.

Portfolio

A cross-site roll-up across every tracked site:

  • Per-site snapshot — keywords, visibility, ceiling, actions, win rate, cooling, due, and open briefs in one table. Click a row to jump into that site.
  • Combined verify queue — every due action across all sites in one list.
  • Shared link-partner history — every link-exchange entry, all sites together. A partner that pulled a link on one site is a flag for the rest.
  • Win rate by action type — portfolio-wide, so you can see which tactics carry across sites.
