Log every SEO move.
Let Google grade it.
dx-seo is the dashboard for a suite of Claude Code SEO commands. They work against Search Console and DataForSEO, push what they find and change over MCP, then a verify loop scores each action against fresh GSC data weeks later — so you learn what actually moves rankings on each site.
One loop, three moving parts
The commands do the work locally; the dashboard is the always-on, cross-project view; the verify loop keeps everyone honest.
Commands push over MCP
Run /seo-analyze, /seo-quick-wins, /seo-next-content and the rest in any Claude Code session. Each keeps local memory in seo/actions.jsonl and pushes its results to this dashboard over the self-hosted MCP server.
The dashboard visualizes
Keyword tables with position history, your proven-authority ceiling, the action ledger, content briefs — every tracked site in one place, updated the moment a command runs.
The verify loop grades
Every executed action is logged with its GSC baseline, then judged win, neutral, or loss about four weeks later against fresh data. You find out which tactics actually work — per site.
Google is the judge, not a vanity metric.
The moment an action executes — an internal link, a title rewrite, a republish, a new page — it lands in the ledger with the query's current GSC position, clicks, and impressions as a baseline, plus the date it becomes eligible to grade.
After the cooling window, /seo-verify pulls fresh Search Console data and hands down a verdict. Wins, neutrals, and losses stack up by action type, so the site's own history tells you what to do next — and what to stop doing.
Five views over the same ledger
Nothing here is entered by hand. Every table, chart, and brief is data a command pushed.
Overview
Your proven-authority ceiling, the keyword rank distribution, a CTR-weighted visibility score, and win/loss outcomes across every verified action.
Keywords
The latest metrics per keyword plus a position-history matrix and trend chart — what climbed and what slipped between checks, country splits included.
Actions
The full action ledger with a verify queue: what's still cooling, what's due to be graded, and how the graded ones turned out — before → after.
Next Steps
The content briefs /seo-next-content proposes — slug, title, outline, and the internal-link plan in and out. Mark each one published or dismissed.
Portfolio
A cross-site roll-up: win-rate by action type, shared link-partner history, and one combined verify queue across every site you track.
Self-hosted MCP
OIDC login on the way in, an opaque API key on the way through. Any Claude Code session that holds a key can push to your board.
Wire it up in three steps
Mint an API key in Settings, add dx-seo as an MCP server, then run /seo-migrate once to backfill your history. After that, every command you run feeds the board on its own.
